It all began with dirtied light and fan switches, an idle mind, an unoccupied pair of hands and a tutorial on how to beautify light switches that stick out like sore thumbs.
Next came the trip to good ‘ole Diaso (to my non-Singaporean friends, it is absolutely the BEST $2 store in SG! Everything is for $2! No gimmicks!). Bought a bunch of craft supplies that included the Japanese floral paper that inspired this project and the Ikea lampshade refashioning.

The first two sets of switches in the living and dinning areas respectively done! The floral print and colours go well with the overall feel of the house. HAPPY! 😀
